PURPOSE:To execute the address conversion in a short time and efficiently by accommodating a virtual page address and an actual page address to the first field and the second field by a writing enable signal. CONSTITUTION:Based upon the compared result of the contents of the first field 211 of a register 21 and a virtual page address 1, the contents of the second field 212 or the converting address outputted by an address converting circuit 10 are selectively outputted as an actual page address 6. Thus, it is not necessary to retrieve always the directory part of a TLB entry and the address conversion to the actual page address of the virtual page address can be executed in a short time.
