PURPOSE:To easily adjust the relative position of an upper head to a lower head, by constituting the fixing means of a thin plate member and screw members and installing a bent part which is bent in the direction of thickness of the plate to the thin plate member. CONSTITUTION:When screw members 18 and 20 are not tightened, a plate spring 6 is movable and the relative position of an upper head 2 to a lower head 8 can be adjusted by moving an upper head supporting means 4. After adjusting, the thin plate member 16 is fixed to a lower head supporting means 10 by tightening the screw members 18 and 20. When fixed, the thin plate member 16 is allowed to contact with the lower head supporting means 10 by its bent part 22 and, since large frictional forces are produced due to the friction forces of the screw members 18 and 20 concentrated to the contacting parts, the thin plate member 16 cannot move easily. When the screw members 18 and 20 are tightened further, the thin plate member 16 is elastically deformed and fixes the plate spring 6 to the lower head supporting means 10.
