摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the variable width of the amount of combustion freely and linearly, make the combustion load of a flame port body constant automatically regardless of the amount of combustion and maintain the optimum burning condition at all times by a method wherein the titled combustion device is provided with a float, which is floated by the pressure of mixture of fuel and combustion air which are supplied from a supplying body provided on the inner surface of the cylinder of the flame port body, in order to divide the flame port body into upper and lower two parts. CONSTITUTION:A float 17 floats at a point whereat the pressure of mixture in a mixing chamber 50 and the self weight thereof are balanced, therefore, the pressure in the mixing chamber 50 becomes constant at all times and, accordingly, a combustion load on a surface, on which the flames of a flame port body 11 are formed, becomes constant at all times. When the pressure in the mixing chamber 50 is changed by changing the amount of combustion, the position of the float changes linearly and automatically and the float stops at a position whereat the pressure in the mixing chamber 50 becomes constant whereby the flame port body 11 is divided into upper and lower two parts and a combustion area is changed. Air is supplied from a fan 7 into the cavity 18 of the float 17 and is released slightly through an opening 19 to generate a dynamic pressure in a part near the float 17 and the flame port body 11, therefore, the leakage of the mixture from the mixing chamber 50 into an upper chamber 60 may be prevented.
