PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts by forming a long groove, a roller slidable in the long groove and a tapered opening on each can mechanism for connecting the neighboring rocker arms to each other. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate arm 13 and rocker arms 4, 6 are disposed between an input shaft 1 and an output shaft 2. A long groove 15 with which the roller 5 of the arm 4 is engaged slidably and a tapered opening 16 are formed on the surface of the intermediate arm 13 facing the arm 4, thereby a cam mechanism being formed. Therefore, transmission of a constant angle rotation can be carried out with relatively small number of parts and simple structure.
