摘要 PURPOSE:To concentrate and separate ketones, aldehydes, and esters from an aq. soln. of the compds. by using a composite membrane obtained by cross- linking and polymerizing a compd. contg. an amino group and a hydroxyl group with a multifunctional cross-linking agent on a polyimide ultrafilter membrane. CONSTITUTION:The polyimide ultrafilter membrane consisting of the repeating unit shown by the formula and having a 50-99% removal rate when an aq. soln. contg. 0.5wt% polyethylene glycol having 20,000 mean mol.wt. is treated at 0.2MPa pressure is used as the substrate membrane. An aq. soln. containing 2-5wt% of a reactive matrix having at least two primary or secondary amino groups or hydroxyl groups in the molecule is coated on the substrate membrane, and brought into contact with a multifunctional cross-linking agent having two functional groups capable of reacting with the functional group of the matrix form the cross-linked and polymerized membrane. When the composite semipermeable membrane is used, aldehydes, ketones, and esters having 30-150 mol.wt. can be concentrated and separated from an aq. soln. contg. the compds. at 0.5-10MPa pressure.
