PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for transfer of a prepared original on a blackboard by converting a picture written on an original into an electric signal and providing a board write section drawing a picture on the board face based on a picture data so as to transfer a character or a graphic written on the original on the board face automatically. CONSTITUTION:In reducing the content of board document and copying it, a CPU 25 supplies a control signal to a board drive section 6 and a board document belt 1 is made run. The character written on the board is read by a line sensor 7 and its picture data is fed to a thermal head 18 of a thermal printer 15 via a board document read section 8, a picture memory 27 and a printer interface 29 to apply thermal-printing. In transferring the content of the original onto the board face, the original 21 is read by an original read section 20 at first. The read data is fed to an ink jet drive section 12 via a read interface 28, a picture memory 27. A CPU 25 supplies a control signal to a board drive section 6 to run the belt 1 by a prescribed pitch. Then the ink jet drive section 12 drives printer heads 10a, 11a and the content of the original 21 is transferred onto the board face.
