PURPOSE:To obtain four kinds of speed change stages without replacing an axle case by constituting an automatic speed change mechanism part so that the switching between the third and fourth advance speed is permitted by switching clutches or engagement means. CONSTITUTION:An automatic speed change mechanism part 101 consists of two planetary gear devices 2 and 3, input member 5, output member 9, clutches C1 and C2 and brakes B1, B2, and B3, and one-way clutches F1 and F2. Further, an additional speed change part 201 for freely mounting and demounting a subspeed change unit 22 is arranged. The automatic speed change mechanism part is constituted so as to switch the third and fourth advance speed by properly switching a clutch C0 or an engagement means F0, and said switching part 6 (C0, F0) is arranged at the top edge part of the mechanism part 10 and housed into an axle cover part. Therefore, the speed change stage consisting of four kinds of advance speed can be obtained, keeping an axle case as it is.
