PURPOSE:To reduce play extremely, and to prevent a shaft from center de flecting by fixing a bearing part on one side in a shaft direction, providing a thrust pre-load instrument which presses the bearing part in the shaft direction facing with each other between bearing parts on both sides, and providing a radial pre-load instrument which presses the bearing part on the other side in a radius direction between the bearing part on the other side and a fixing member. CONSTITUTION:A bearing in one body type shaft 12 which corresponds to the first and the second bearing parts 13 and 14 is formed. Therefore, gap between the shaft 12 and the bearing parts 13 and 14 is reduced for that quantity, then the play between them can be eliminated. Additionally, the first bearing part 13 is fixed in the shaft direction, and also, a thrust pre-load mechanism 18 is provided between the bearing part 13 and the second bearing part 14, and also, a radial pre-load mechanism 19 is provided between the second bearing part 14 and a base 100. Thereby, the play that may be possibly generated between the second bearing part 14 and the base 100 can be absorbed.
