PURPOSE:To attain to increase a speed by preventing the increase in a rising/ falling time due to capacitive load, by forming the output of a driver circuit for an IC tester as a reversal amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A tri-state circuit TS consists of diodes D1, D2 and resistors R1-R4 and the anode of the diode D1 is connected to a constant current source CS1 and the cathode thereof is connected to the anode of the diode D2 while the cathode of a the diode D2 is connected to a constant current source CS2. One terminals of the resistors R1, R3 are connected to the current source CS1 and one terminals of the resistors R2, R4 are connected to the current source CS2. The other terminals of the resistors R1, R2 are connected and input voltage V1 is applied to this connection point through an input resistor R5. The other terminal of the resistor R3 is connected to VEE3 and the other terminal of the resistor R4 is connected to VCC3. By this method, all of the outputs of an output power source can be used as a charge current. Therefore, the change in the rising/falling time of an output wave form can be reduced with respect to the increase and decrease in the capacity component of load.
