PURPOSE:To miniaturize an overall unit by synchronizing to turn ON/OFF each independent DC power source with each switching means and by connecting these outputs in series. CONSTITUTION:A power circuit is composed of a pulse generator 1 generating rectangular wave pulses and two (2) switching circuits 4 made up of transistors Tr1 and Tr2. The switching output taken out of the collector of Tr1 is connected to the common electric potential of the switching circuit 4 on Tr2 side through a terminal P12. The total output is then taken out of a terminal P22 connected to the collector of Tr2. Thus, when the pulse generator 1 is driven with the desired frequency, each transistor Tr1 and Tr2 is synchronized, performing the switching action in the same phase, with which each power source E1 and E2 is controlled. As a result, the total output of the terminal P22 becomes an AC high voltage in the amplitude range of 0-+(E1+E2)V.
