PURPOSE:To utilize filtrated oil to a pump, by connecting the inlet portion of an oilfiltration to the oil tank of a pump case, and connecting its outlet portion to a passage for providing communication between an oil straigner provided in the oil tank and a pump unit. CONSTITUTION:At the thread portion 13b of an oil straigner 13, a passage 14 for providing communication between the inside of a net portion 13a and the oil suction hole 15 of a pump unit 2, and a passage 16 for leading to the discharge pipe line 52 of an oilfiltration 5 are provided by boring. Thereby, the oil filtrated by the oilfiltration 5 is fed into the pump unit 2 and a vacuum pump is kept at satisfactory condition.
