PREPARATION:An o-(or m-) nitrobenzylideneacetoacetic alkyl ester shown by formula II and an aminocrotonic acid amide shown by formula III are subjected to ring closure reaction in a solvent such as benzene, etc., at 50-130 deg.C to give a compound shown by formula I.
