PURPOSE:To use the entire one frame or a part of one frame by adopting a constitution so that data at every item of each related terminal equipment and the result is arranged in one frame and transmitted/received so as to take the frame synchronization of each transmission and reception data. CONSTITUTION:A transmission synchronizing word detection section 4 detecting a transmission synchronizing word from a scanner 3 and outputting a transmission synchronizing word detection signal to A/D converters 11-1m and digital information input converters 21-2n and a reception synchronizing word detection section 10 detecting the reception synchronizing word from a distributor 9 and outputting the word to D/A converters 111-11m and digital information output converters 121-12n are added. The A/D converters 11-1m and the digital information input converters 21-2n store the output data synchronously with the transmission synchronizing word detection signal and the data from the distributor 9 is inputted synchronously with the reception synchronizing word detection signal.
