PURPOSE:To easily detect the arrival of a truck at the end of a work area with no contact regardless of the traveling direction of the truck, by setting a reflector so that the beam light radiated from a light source is led to a light receiver while enclosing the work area. CONSTITUTION:When a truck V reaches the end part of a work area A, the truck V itself cuts off the beam light S which is radiated to a light transmitting device 2 while enclosing a work area A. Thus an alarm 4 is actuated to deliver an alarm and therefore a worker can easily know that the truck V reached the end part of the area A regardless of the distance from the truck V or the position of the truck V. As a result, the truck V is turned or stopped accurately at each due position.
