PURPOSE:To enable pollution in an atmosphere to be prevented, by recovering a gas blown out from gaps between a fixed body and a movable body by enclosures which are set up with an enclosing condition. CONSTITUTION:A compressed gas is transmitted via air holes 3b and gas guide grooves 3c, the gas exists in minute gaps S which are formed between the surface of a fixed body 2 and the inner wall surface of a movable body 3 and is blown out, so that the movable body 3 can be moved. At this time, the gas blown out from the gaps S is recovered from the internal space of enclosures 4, 5 through gas exhaust openings 6, 7. Thus, the gas is discharged out to atmospheric air or circulated so as to be recycled, so that pollution in an atmosphere can be prevented.
