PURPOSE:To cure the adhesive in a high density filter material within a short time in a small arrangement area, by forming a passage to the space between double cylinders provided coaxially to receive the uncured filter material in said passage and forcibly recirculating hot air through the passage. CONSTITUTION:An uncured filter material is pushed in a curing cylinder 38 by the extruding mechanism 70 attached to a holder 64 at position directly under the curing cylinder 38. Hot air adjusted to desired temp. by a heater up to this point of time is recirculating in the curing cylinder 38 and, if the curing cylinder 38 is filled with the filter material 12, a part of hot air is introduced into the hollow part of an inside cylinder 42 from the upper end opening 48a of the cylinder 42 through a branch pipe 28a and passed through the filter material 12 when blown in a passage 44 through the piercing hole 42a provided to the center of the cylinder 42 by drilling while the remainder of hot air blown into the passage 44 from the piercing hole 40a of an outside cylinder 40 through a branch pipe 28b also passes through the filter material 12 and, as a result, the adhesive in the filter material 12 is dried rapidly.
