PURPOSE:To facilitate cooling of a compressor and the like in a place where cooling water is incapable of being used, by employing the compressor body of a nonlubricated rotary compressor and using a water solution, consisting mainly of propylene glycol, as a heating medium for circulation. CONSTITUTION:A water solution, consisting mainly of propylene glycol, used as a coolant solution, is sealed in a circulating route formed with a jacket 1C of a compressor body, precooler 5, an after-cooler 6, a coolant pump 14, a radiator 13, and pipings 19A-19D through which the above devices are interconnected. The coolant solution sealed in the circulating route is circulated through the devices and the pipings 19A-19D by means of the pump pressure of the coolant pump 14, and during the circulation, heat imparted by the devices is radiated to the outside with the aid of the radiator 13. This constitution enables cooling of a compressor and the like without using cooling water, and since the coolant solution has less toxicity, eliminates a fear of pollution occurring due to leak.
