The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition using apitoxin and Houttuynia cordata extracts and, more particularly, to a cosmetic composition having a fat soluble extract and a water soluble extract of an apitoxin and Houttuynia cordata extract mixed together so as to show anti-aging effects such as the alleviation of skin wrinkles, and to a method of manufacturing the cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition of the present invention expedites collagen synthesis and activates the ECM (Epidermal Cell Metabolism) so as to show effects of skin condition improvement including the alleviation of skin wrinkles.
