PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable as automobile parts, etc., having improved oil resistance, flexibility, heat resistance, rubber elasticity at high temperature, obtained by blending a specific hydrogenated block copolymer with specific amounts of a softener for nonaromatic rubber, polyolefinic resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. hydrogenated block copolymer having 5-60wt% vinyl aromatic compound content and 5,000-1,000,000 number-average molecular weight prepared by hydrogenating a block copolymer comprising a polymer block consisting essentially of two or more vinyl aromatic compounds and a polymer block consisting essentially of one or more conjugated diene compounds is blended with (B) 50-500pts.wt. softener for aromatic rubber, (C) 30-250pts.wt. polyolefinic resin (e.g., polyethylene, etc.,) and (D) a polyphenylene ether resin (e.g., poly 2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene ether, etc.,) having a repeating unit shown by the formula (R1-R4 are H, halogen, etc.,) and 0.15-0.7 reduced viscosity in a weight ratio of the component A/D=90/10-30/70.
