摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a nonmagnetic spring material having spring characteristic equal to or higher than that of beryllium copper, by incorporating specific amounts of Mn and Ni and one or more elements among the primary group of elements consisting of Al, Si, etc., and/or the secondary group of elements consisting of C, N, etc., to copper. CONSTITUTION:An alloy consisting of, by weight, 5-35% Mn, 5-35% Ni, 0.001-20% of one or more elements among the primary group of elements and/or the secondary group of elements mentioned below is prepared: where the primary group of elements consists of Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ge, As, Zn, Sn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, and W and its content is regulated to 0.01-15%; and the secondary group of elements consists of C, N, Mg, Be, P, S, Ca, Ga, Se, Y, rare earth elements, Ag, In, Te, and Pb and its content is regulated to 0.001-5%. This alloy is subjected to solution heat treatment, cold working, and further aging treatment to produce the desired nonmagnetic spring material having high spring characteristic.
