PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin compsn. which has excellent light transmission properties and is platable, by blending a specified graft copolymer derived from 1,3-butadiene, an arom. vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer with a copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin compsn. is obtd. by blending a blend of a graft copolymer (I) having a graft ratio of 20-180%, obtd. by polymerizing a monomer mixture (B) of an arom. vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer in the presence of a latex of synthetic rubber (A) obtd. from 1,3-butadiene or a mixture thereof with styrene and a copolymer (II) obtd. from an arom. vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer with a graft copolymer (III) having a graft ratio of 20-100%, obtd. by graft-polymerizing a monomer mixture of an arom. vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer onto a butadiene rubber latex in such a proportion that the resulting compsn. contains 0-15wt% butadiene rubber (C).
