PURPOSE:To readily obtain the titled cosmetic without mutual color mixing of color divisions, by forming a formed article of large-sized plate solid powdery cosmetics of plural colors, stamping small pieces from the above-mentioned formed articles, arranging the small pieces in a desired state for each color and finish pressing the arranged small pieces. CONSTITUTION:Powdery cosmetics of plural colors in specific amounts are filled in containers 4 and compressed to form large-sized plate primary formed articles (13a)-(13c). Hollow cylindrical stamping tools 5 are pushed from the surface side of the primary formed articles (13a)-(13c) thereinto to stamp small pieces (14a)-(14c) of the solid powdery cosmetics in stamping passages (5B). The stamping tools 5 holding the small pieces (14a)-(14c) are then inserted into a transferring jig 7 to give a desired color pattern and then pushed in until blade parts (5C) are brought into contact with stepped parts (7C). Pushing rods are then pushed from above the stamping passages (5B) to fill the small pieces (14a)-(14c) in a dish 6 and finish pressing is then carried out.
