发明名称 MEMBRANE SEPARATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the concn. polarization in the neighborhood of a membrane surface small by providing the following fine grooves on the support of the membrane which are paralleled at the definite angle for the flow direction of a fluid to be permeated and forming an uneven supporting surface of the membrane wherein the membrane forms a corrugation in the operating period of an equipment. CONSTITUTION:In a plate type module 1 wherein a membrane 2 is held on a support 4 of the membrane having a discharge means for a permeated fluid and the edges are sealed, fine grooves 5 are provided on the support 4 of the membrane in the definite intervals rectangularly for the flow direction of a liquid to be permeated and the supporting surface of the support 4 of the member is made into an uneven structure. The membrane 2 provided on the support 4 of the membrane forms a corrugation by means of the pressure difference of both sides of the fluid to be permeated and the permeated liquid in the operation period of an equipment. The fluid to be permeated is allowed to flow from the direction shown in an arrow A and the vortex flows are caused near the surface of the corrugated membrane 2 in the fluid to be permeated. The concn. polarization nearly the membrane surface is suppressed to a low value by the vortex flow and the pollution of the membrane 2 is prevented and therefore the high permeation velocity is obtained. The liquid permeated through the membrane 2 is allowed to flow through the fine grooves 5 combined with a discharge means of the permeated liquid and to flow out through an outlet 6 for the permeated fluid.
