PURPOSE:To avoid the malfunction of a servomotor by inhibiting the simultaneous start of plural action elements when they share the same servo shaft. CONSTITUTION:Boxes B3 and B4 serve as action elements which are started independently and never started at a time. Thus the input arcs A are led to a box B7 from an output gate G1 of a box B1 and an output gate G2 of a box B2. at the same time, the arcs A are led to an input gate G3 of a box B5 and an input gate G4 of a box B6 from the box B7 respectively. Here the box B7 serves as a dummy box that applies no special processing to a system. However a token T also enters the box B3 via the gate G1 as long as the token T is transmitted through the box B7. Then the taken T also enters the box B4 when a servo motor is started. Thus the gate G2 never satisfies the passing conditions of the token T and therefore the box B4 is never started.
