PURPOSE:To eliminate nearly completely noise transmission by connecting two kinds of electronic devices by signal lines and sending an electric signal from one electronic device to the other electronic device. CONSTITUTION:A CD player 1 and an amplifier 2 are connected by a shield wire 5 having pin codes 3, 4 at its both ends. The shield wire 5 has a core wire 6 and an outer conductor 7 isolated from the core wire 6 therearound, the said shield wire 5 is wound as it is to a ferrite core 8 on the way of connection to form a coil 9. The core wire 6 and the outer conductor 7 of the shield wire 5 are used for a sound signal as the transmission path of the signal through the shield wire 5 between the CD player 1 and the amplifier 2, while noise is propagated through the outer conductor 7 of the shield wire 5, then only a noise signal is eliminated by the coil 9 without giving effect on the sound signal.
