PURPOSE:To improve the production of the number of continuous copying sheets, by enabling an idling by a manual operation even in a standby time. CONSTITUTION:Assuming a pressurizing roller temperature time function after idling as T(t), a termination is set, against a sampling time T0, at T{(n+1) t0}-T(nt0)<alpha2, or T(nt0)>=T3-alpha1. [(n) is positive integer]. In other words, when a temperature difference between a sampling at a time (n), and the one at a time (n+1), is small the idling is terminated. Also, when a sampling temper ature at the time (n) exceeds (T3-alpha1), the idling is terminated. In this way, by rising the pressurizing roller temperature as high as possible by idling, the production of the number of continuous sheets can be improved.
