发明名称 PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC COATED HEAT RESISTANT MEMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the cracking and exfoliating of a ceramic coating layer by forming an alloy bond layer on a metallic base material, forming the ceramic coating layer via an Al layer on the bond layer and converting the Al layer to an oxide layer. CONSTITUTION:The bond layer of the alloy (essentially consisting of either Co or Ni and contg. 10-30wt% Cr, 5-30wt% Al, etc.) which is higher in the resistance to high-temp. oxidation and high-temp. corrosion than the base material essentially consisting of at least one kind among Ni, Co and Fe is formed to 0.03-0.5mm thickness on the above-mentioned base material by plasma spraying in an atmosphere of <=10<-3>atm oxygen partial pressure. The Al coating layer is formed on such bond layer by a pack method and is heated for 1-200hr at 600-1,200 deg.C in the atm. to form the Al oxide layer to 0.1-20mu thickness. The ceramic coating layer which consists essentially of ZrO2 and contains any one among CaO, MgO and Y2O3 or the combination thereof is formed to 0.05-0.8mm thickness on such Al oxide layer by plasma spraying in the atm. The heat resistant member useful for a gas turbine member is thus obtd.
