PURPOSE:To generate a stable output with a simple structure by forming a main winding, a gate winding and a control winding on a core, voltage-feeding back to an FET by the main winding and the gate winding to self-excited oscillating it. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit is composed of DC power sources 1, 2 and complementary FETs 10, 11. Windings 30-32 are wound on a saturable core 3, the winding 30 is connected between the gates and the sources of FETs 10, 11, and a series of the winding 31 and a resistor 5 is connected between the sources and the ground of FETs 10, 11. A controlling, circuit 7 is connected through an element 6 for stopping an AC with the winding 32. A voltage is fed back by the windings 30, 21 to the FETs 10, 11 to generate a self-oscillation, a control signal current is applied to the winding 32 to vary a voltage drop of a resistor 5 in series with the winding 32, thereby controlling the time constant ratio of the FETs 10, 11.
