PURPOSE:To make floating capacitance smaller as well as to aim at high- precision machining stabilization, by constituting a jet nozzle, having a guide for a wire electrode and a current energizer inside, with an insulator case, and clamping the case to a support member clamping the guide to a support arm upon insulation and holding it. CONSTITUTION:A guide 31 for a wire electrode 2 and a current-energizer 32 are installed in an insulator nozzle case 34 of plastic or the like. And, a support member 12 is constituted of an insulating material of insulating ceramics or the like, and attached to a support arm 1 upon insulation. In addition, the guide 31 is clamped to a tip member 14 of the support member 12, while the nozzle case 34 is fitted in the member 12 and clamped thereat. With this constitution, floating capacitance to be produced in a machine part or the like can be made smaller, and high frequency fine discharge is made performable, thus machining surface roughness is minimized and high-precision machining can be done.
