PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in cutting work by supporting a torch holder freely rotatably for the frame body and by making the rotary center of the torch holder and the shaft center of the torch for plasma arc cutting eccentric. CONSTITUTION:A torch holder 2 is supported freely rotatably for a frame body 1 via a bearing bush 101 and pressing bush 102, and is connected to the output shaft of a rotary driving machine 5 via a gear 3 and pinion 4. An eccentric bush 6 is inserted freely rotatably into a through hole 201 by providing the through hole 201 of eccentricity quantity delta1 for rotary axial line O1-O1 on the holder 2 and the through hole 601 of eccentricity quantity delta2 is pierced as well. With this mechanism, a circular cutting is performed by the torch 7 for plasma cutting inserted into the through hole 601. Owing to plasma cutting, the work is quickened and the cutting with good cutting environment can be performed. Consequently, the work efficiency is improved.
