PURPOSE:To simplify the titled equipment and to attain high quality of communication by discriminating a correct data by majority decision processing in the 1st state and using a check bit in the 2nd state so as to apply error detection/ correction. CONSTITUTION:A transmission terminal equipment 11 generates an information bit corresponding to sending information, a coding circuit 12 encodes the bit by using an error correction code and sends the result as a data frame added with a check bit to a transmitter 13. The equipment 13 sends repetitively the data frame via an antenna 14. The sent data is received by a receiver 22 via an antenna 21 and sent to a memory device 23. The device 23 stores the information bit and the check bit into a storage area respectively. An error control circuit 24 applies majority decision processing in response to an information bit group when the number of frames of the reception data is larger than a specific number with good communication state and uses the check bit to apply decoding when the frame number is less than the specific number with deteriorated communication state to apply the processing extracting the data and the result is sent to a reception terminal equipment 25.
