PURPOSE:To slide sliding tables with good responsiveness so as to perform cutting efficiently by having both centrifugal force acting on duplication of movement and centrifugal force acting on the sliding table acted on a cutting device by way of a connecting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The main shaft 22 and a cam shaft 24 are rotated at the same rotary speed. As no different in rotary speed exists between the main shaft 22 and the cam shaft 24, sliding tables 8 and 10 will never be slided. When the rotary speed of the cam shaft 24 is increased, the difference in rotation is caused whereby the sliding tables 8 and 9 are slided toward the center of the main shaft 22. In this case, as centrifugal force acting on the sliding tables 8 and 9 is equilibrated with the centrifugal force acting on duplication of two slidings, the sliding tables 8 and 9 start sliding by slight force with good responsiveness. A pipe W is cut out by dies type cutters 2 and 3 by a step of sliding the sliding tables 8 and 10 toward the fastened pipe W.
