PURPOSE:To attain high speed and efficient loading by adopting the constitution that function modules in each equipment are used in common and decentralized equally, a group multiple address is applied and the setting mode of the group multiple address of the reception side by modules. CONSTITUTION:An equipment 3-3 loads a program and the data from a memory device 4 to each control program storage memory 102 and a control data storage memory 103. An equipment 3-1 at a remote location executes the loading control by a processor MP 101 to give a command of sending loading request information of its own control program of a transmission/reception control section 7 to a control section 105. In this case, a sender address sets a group multiple address where a module of a control program of the control section 7 is received in common by the equipment 3-1. In the equipment 3-3 receiving the request, the memory 102 does not access the memory device 4 in the loading control but sends it as an object sent data to the control section 105 and the group multiple address is added and sent as a destination address.
