PURPOSE:To reduce mechanical means for moving powder and collapse thereof and make it possible to miniaturize a machine as compared with conventional machines, by providing a hollow roll having small holes all over the circumferential surface above a conveyor and keeping the interior of the roll under a negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:A dusting machine equipped with a conveyor 30 in an endless form, moving and carrying materials to be processed 1. Above the conveyor 30, a hollow roll 10 having small holes all over the circumferential surface and a receiving tank 50 containing powder 3 on the starting end side of the conveyor 30 are provided. The powder 3 scattered on the materials to be processed 1 by the receiving tank 50 is pressed by the roll 10 and the interior of the roll 10 is kept under a negative pressure to remove the excess powder 3 by attracting to the surface of the roll 10 and transfer the powder 3 to the receiving tank 50.
