PURPOSE:To reduce noise and to attain the high speed operation by providing a capacitor having a comparatively large capacitance between a point near an operation power voltage of an output buffer and a ground potential point of the titled circuit. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor Cc having a comparatively large capacitance charging up a load capacitor C1 connected to an output terminal when an output MOSFET Q1 is in operating state is provided between a power voltage Vcc of an output buffer and a ground potential of the circuit near the output MOSFET Q1. In bringing the output MOSFETQ1 to the operating state, the load capacitor C1 of an external circuit or the like connected to an output terminal D0 is charged up at a high speed by the stored electric charge in the capacitor Cc. Thus, the leading of the output signal is quickened and the noise on the power supply line is reduced.
