PURPOSE:To prevent the loosening of a turning cylinder by causing a difference between the inclinations of one or a plurality of needle rollers arranged on the external surface of a chuck cylinder a slant with a retainer and the inclinations of remaining rollers, and between the rotating directions thereof. CONSTITUTION:A roller hole 2 slant toward the left side from a YY axis is formed on the tapered surface of a retainer 1 and a needle roller 3 is coupled thereto. In this state, when the retainer 1 has been turned clockwise, the roller 3 turns along the external surface of a chuck cylinder, while rotating in an (a) direction. A needle roller 31 tends to turn in a (a') direction, but when there is a large number of rollers 3, the roller 31 is pulled and moves in a (a'') direction due to a differential slip. Also, many rollers 3 as tightened tend to slacken in a (b) direction, but the roller 31 exposed to a force in the (b) direction can stop the loosening of the roller 3. The inclinations of the rollers are combined to suit the weight of the turning cylinder and the chuck cylinder in such a way that alpha1 is for the roller 32 alpha2 for the roller 33 and alpha3 for the roller 34.
