NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I {R is alkylene expressed by the formula (CH2)m (m is 1-8) or alkylene, having ether bond and expressed by the formula (CH2)n-O-(CH2)p (n and p are 1-4); X is siloxane residue expressed by the formula SiR<1>R<2>R<3> [R<1> is 1-8C alkyl or alkoxyl; R<2> is 1-8C alkyl, alkenyl or alkoxyl; R<3> is 1-8C alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyl or formula II (q is 0-10) or R<1>R<2>R<3> may form a ring and represent silyl expressed by the formula (OCH2CH2)3N]}. EXAMPLE:5-Fluoro-3,4-dihydro-2,4-dioxo-N-(2-trimethylsilyethyl)-1(2H)- pyrimidine carboxyamide. USE:A carcinostatic agent and intermediate therefor. PREPARATION:5-Fluorouracil is reacted with the corresponding isocyanate expressed by the formula X-R-NCO to give a product, which is then dissolved in a halogenated hydrocarbon based solvent to filter and separate an insoluble substance.
