PURPOSE:To increase business efficiency, to stabilize spirit and to obtain a sleep without unfavorable effects of medicines by employing music with the brain waves frequency. CONSTITUTION:Music is composed by using beta waves (14-30Hz) appearing when a body is active, alpha waves (8-13Hz) appearing when a body and sprit are relaxed and theta waves (4-7Hz) appearing when a body is inactive and deltawaves (0.5-3Hz) appearing at the time of a sound sleep in terms of brain waves, and the music is used in accordance with the status of the body and sprit. Thus the psychological effect in each status is improved.
