PURPOSE:To surely allow a simple, thin-shaped device to position a disk by constituting the device so that a pushing-in means moves upward a shaft assembler fixedly provided with a transmission pin. CONSTITUTION:When the disk 1 is placed on a spindle 21 and a pushing-in lever 36 is pushed in, a motor 20 rotates and elevates the shaft assembler 31 and the rotation transmission pin 34, and a head 32 and the pin 34 are inserted into a disk center hole 1a and a rotation transmission hole 1b, respectively. An attraction member 39 fixed on the assembler 31 firmly attracts the disk 11 on the spindle 21, and the pin 34 transmits the transmission force of the spindle. Therefore a device to fit in a disk at an insertion position is made unnecessary, whereby the thickness of the device is thinner and a disk can be positioned at high accuracy.
