PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a logical simulation device by using a circuit standardized in a 4-input/1-output structure to a circuit to be simulated. CONSTITUTION:A logical simulation device consists of a simulation control computer that forms a logic model of a circuit to be simulated and a simulation processor. A standardized circuit of a 4-input/1-output is used to the logic element of the circuit to be simulated. In other words, a gate circuit of a 1-input/1-output structure is converted into a circuit of a 4-input/1-output structure when three of four inputs are set at logic '1', respectively. Then the address signal lines are bound into a single input in case of a RAM with the chip selection, data and a write control signal line used as three inputs. Thus four inputs are secured.
