PURPOSE:To use glass for coupling and to improve abrasion resistance and antiweatherability by employing a glass plate for a nonmagnetic spacer, forming a glass layer on the joint surface of a magnetic core beforehand, bonding the glass layer on the glass plate due to the softening of the glass layer and integrating them in one body. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic cores 10 and 12 having the glass layers 30 are arranged on both sides of the glass plate 14, and heated by pressurizing them. A heating temperature at that time is set to a temperature slightly over the softening point of the glass comprising the glass layers 30 and a temperature far lower than a work temperature where the glass melts and fluidizes. By the heating procedure, the glass layers 30 are soften, and entirely bonded to the glass plate 14. Thus the glasses are bonded, whereby the bonding can be made at a temperature far lower than the direct bonding of glass and ferrite.
