PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of the sectional shape of a pipe at a time of rotary drawing and bending by varying the rotary angle of a bending die and feeding quantity of a press die symmetrically. CONSTITUTION:The position of a pressure die 45 is controlled with the actuation of a motor 43 so that an angle signal S1 and position signal S2 become in the preset corresponding relation by a control device 51 by inputting those signals to the control device 51 respectively from an angle measuring instrument 47 and position measuring instrument 49. Namely, a pipe 39 is drawn by pressing it with the pressure die 45 slowly while under rotation of a bending die 31 by varying the rotary angle of the bending die 31 and the feeding quantity of the pressure die 45 symmetrically. In this way the sufficient drawing effect by the pressure die 45 is obtainable while under the rotation of the bending die 31 at all times and the deformation in the sectional shape of the pipe 39 is effectively prevented.
