PURPOSE:To relieve the load required for maintenance management and to improve the reliability of the titled device by converting a current supplied to the titled light into a digital value and storing it in a storage device through a data processing unit. CONSTITUTION:A current signal corresponding to a current for each aerial light is inputted respectively to effective value converters 1-1, 1-2,...1-m, where the signal is converted into an effective value and the value is converted into a digital value by A/D converters 2-1, 2-2...2-m. The digital current outputted from each converter is converted into, e.g., a time division multiplex signal by a data integration device 3 and inputted to a data processing unit 4. Then the unit 4 stores the current inputted from the device 3 into a storage device 5 as to each circuit and as to the elapsed time. Further, the data stored in the device 5 or the data subjected to integration calculation is printed out periodically or as the request of the operator, or displayed on a CRT pattern of a display device 8.
