PURPOSE:To detect entrance of individuals other than individuals permitted to enter by counting individuals permitted to enter. CONSTITUTION:In case of entering into a monitor object range, an individual is certainly detected in a monitor area, and the number of detected individuals is counted. Each of transmitting/receiving terminal equipments SR 211-2nl transmits the radio wave having a specific frequency periodically for a prescribed time in accordance with the command from a central equipment CTE 5, and respective persons in rooms 11-1n hold badges having the radio wave transmitting and receiving function as individuals (ID) 71-7m and at the time of receiving radio waves from SRs 211-2nl badges respond to them to transmit radio waves having the same frequencies after delay times different among IDs 71-7m. This response transmission is received by SRs 211-2nl and the existence of IDs 71-7m is detected in accordance with results of detection of individual delay times.
