PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of transistors due to the simultaneous ON of the transistors by making power supplies for transistor drive-circuits independent at every transistor or at every group of the transistors. CONSTITUTION:Independent power supplies 21-1, 21-2 are each mounted to transistor drive-circuits 13-1, 13-2. Output voltage characteris tics on the rise and fall of respective power supply 21-1, 21-2 is altered, thus displacing the timing of unnecessary pulses generated from the tran sistor drive-circuits 13-1, 13-2, then preventing the breakdown of transistors 11-1-11-4 due to a short circuit.
