PURPOSE:To obtain a flat phase characteristic in a pass band by using an in-phase signal distributor branching an input signal into two, a band stop filter receiving one of the branched signals and an in-phase signal synthesizer synthesizing the other branched signal and an output signal of said filter. CONSTITUTION:An input signal (a) is branched into two by the distributor l, one signal (b) is fed directly to the synthesizer 2 and the other signal (c) is fed to the band stop filter 3. An output signal (d) of the filter 3 is fed to the in-phase signal synthesizer 2, where the signal is synthesized with the signal (b) and an output signal (e) is obtained. Thus, a flat phase characteristic at the pass band is realized.
