PURPOSE:To stabilize a precise molded object, by a method wherein multistage injection and multistage dwell are profiled to be freely reproducible by applying the same to a memory and feedback control of circumstances of the same is performed by interlocking with an injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A computer and exclusive program are mounted as a process controller of of injection molding, which detect resin pressure of the inside of a mold cavity or a gate or a runner and performs registration of control data of multistage injection pressure and multistage dwell, generation of control voltage according to the registered data and monitoring. A resin pressure profile of inner pressure of a mold-time in conformity with the mold is applied to a CRT display through a light pen or an optical sensor and further stored in a floppy disk. The profile of the inner pressure of the mold-time is applied through a D/A converter and turned into the control voltage of a closed loop unit (servo unit). Simultaneously with the above, the profile of the mold is monitored. Then a digital signal to be delivered to the controller is applied also to the same at the same time.
