PURPOSE:To measure an image distance with a high accuracy from geometric conditions by measuring the light intensity distribution of reflected light from a projection surface whose distance and light intensity distribution are known, obtaining a light intensity distribution curve and measuring the central position of the reflected light. CONSTITUTION:Using He-Ne laser as the light source of slit light, beam-like light is irradiated from the light source. The beam-like light is converted to the slit light diverging in a horizontal direction by a cylindrical lens to be projected onto a projection surface, Those laser and lens group are integrally structured as a slit light projector 12. The projection surface is formed by a flat plate over which a paper with a uniform reflectivity is stuck. A projection image projected on the projection surface 14 is digitized to 256X240 pixels and 128 gradations by an ITV camera to be inputted to a picture image processor 16. Since the slit light projector, projection surface and ITV camera are mounted to a guide stage via a vertical fine adjustment stage and rotary fine adjustment stage, positional and angular correlation can be accurately adjusted. |
