PURPOSE:To accurately produce a mixture with desired concentration by calculating the target amount of a main raw material to be fed according to setting information on the production amount of the mixture and reference feed interval information on the main raw material and correcting the reference feed interval information in case of overfeeding. CONSTITUTION:A solid raw material 2 as the main raw material which is conveyed by a conveyor 1 and supply water 4 from a supply water valve 3 are put in a mixing container 5 and stirred by a stirrer 6 to produce the mixture 6 with desired concentration. Further, the reference feed interval data T from a feed interval setting means 9, daily production amount data P from a production amount setting means 10 and mixture concentration data C from a concentration setting means 11 are inputted to an arithmetic control means 8, and measured weight data W on the solid raw material 2 from a weight measuring instrument 12 are inputted to compute the feed target amount and next feed interval of the solid raw material 2, thereby controlling the operation and stop of the conveyor 1. If the solid raw material 2 is fed excessively, the next feed interval is corrected to secure a necessary stirring time.
