PURPOSE:To reduce the connection member by arranging a trans-rotor at a position higher than a magnetic head, forming an air-gap near the magnetic head of an upper rotary cylinder and a projection projecting into the air-gap on a base of the trans-rotor. CONSTITUTION:The trans-rotor 31 is arranged to a position higher than the magnetic head 24, the air-gap 23 is formed near the magnetic head of the upper rotary cylinder 20 and the projection 33 projecting to the air-gap 23 is formed to the base 32 of the trans-rotor 31. Through the constitution above, the magnetic head 24 and the base 32 of the trans-rotor 31 are connected by only a lead wire 34, that is, a minimum component number and less working process. Thus, the connection of the lead wire 34 is realized simply by providing the projection 33 to the base 32 and forming the air-gap 23 to the upper rotary cylinder 20.
